Writer's Share

Today we got to hear stories from the 1st and 2nd graders in Mrs. Rodliff's class. They have been working on stories that include a character, setting, problem and solution. It was great for the kids to see where they are headed and be motivated for their own writer's workshop time!

Field Trip to the Library and Police Station

The children enjoyed the afternoon at the Williston Police Department and the Dorothy Alling Library, and even got to play on the playground at Williston Central School before dismissal! Unfortunately I ended up going home sick with the stomach bug so I missed out :(
